- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 30 oz
- Desiccated coconut 30 oz
- Vanilla extract to taste

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the milk and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook without stirring until the mixture reaches 240°F, until it becomes caramel.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add the shredded coconut and a little vanilla. Stir well.
Step 4
Quickly drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet to form balls and let them cool until set.
