Coconut Candies a-la 'Raffaello'
Ingredients
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- Coconut Urbech to taste
- Almond Flour a pinch
- Cashews 5 oz
- Almonds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the cashews and almonds overnight. Remove the skin from the almonds.
Step 2
Grind the cashews in a meat grinder or blender for a more homogeneous mass.
Step 3
Add shredded coconut to the cashews. Pour in the warmed coconut urbech. Sprinkle in a little almond flour.
Step 4
Shape the candies, placing an almond inside each.
Step 5
Roll in shredded coconut.
