Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Baking Powder 1½ spoons
- Orange zest ¾ spoons
- Salt ¼ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Coconut Milk ¾ glasses
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease 12 muffin cups with butter.
Step 2
Combine the flour, coconut, sugar, lightly chopped almonds, baking powder, zest, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix together the coconut milk, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla. Combine both mixtures and stir well.
Step 3
Divide the dough among the prepared molds and bake until done, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
