Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 glass
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder ½ glasses
- Wheat Flour ½ glasses
- Salt ¼ spoons
- Baking Powder ¼ spoons
- Powdered Sugar 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease the baking pan with butter and dust it with flour. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Melt 100 g of butter and thoroughly mix in the sugar (both regular and vanilla) and the eggs.
Step 3
Incorporate cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder into the mixture.
Step 4
Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick — the brownies should be slightly moist in the center.
Step 5
Prepare the icing: mix 3 tablespoons of butter (45 g), powdered sugar, and 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. If the icing is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk. The icing should be thick, resembling more of a cream.
Step 6
Cover the still-warm brownies with the glaze and let them set completely (preferably overnight in the refrigerator).
