Ingredients
- Oat flakes 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Apple 1 piece
- Apple juice with pulp 0 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide

Using a mixer, beat the egg with sugar until a strong foam forms.
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients — flour, baking powder, vanillin, cocoa. Incorporate into the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into small cubes. Add the juice, cottage cheese, olive oil, and apples to the flour mixture and stir until smooth. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter. Place in an oven preheated to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 30 minutes. The finished muffins will rise above the edges of the cups.
