Closed Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
- Rhubarb 30 oz
- Granulated sugar 1.3 cups
- Wheat Flour 6 tablespoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Mix the sugar and flour.
Step 3
In a round baking dish about 25 cm in diameter, spread a little more than half of the pastry evenly. Sprinkle with a small amount of the sugar and flour mixture. Top with finely chopped rhubarb and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and flour. Then place small pieces of butter on top.
Step 4
Carefully roll out the remaining pastry and cover the pie. Pinch the edges to seal.
Step 5
Bake for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 355°F and bake for another 30–40 minutes until done.
