Ingredients

  • Clementines 8 pieces
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the clementines.

Step 2

Cut them in half horizontally and place them on a heatproof plate.

Step 3

Pour the sugar into a small pan and heat it over low heat. Do not stir with a spoon, just gently shake the pan until the sugar melts.

Step 4

When the sugar turns golden, drizzle the syrup over the clementines, making sure it gets into all the segments.

Step 5

When the syrup starts to harden, use a spoon to pull long strands of caramel to decorate the clementines on top. Leave to set.
