Ingredients
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar ½ cup
- Egg white 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, add the powdered sugar and melted butter, then the egg whites. Mix everything with a spoon until there are no lumps.
Step 2
Spread the mixture onto parchment paper in a thin layer (for better results, you can spread the dough with a brush). Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes. Immediately after removing the dough from the oven, you can shape it into any figures for decorating various desserts and main dishes.
