Ingredients
- Durum wheat 5 oz
- Water 1½ l
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cilantro 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Matsoni 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In an enamel pot, mix the egg with the flour.
Step 2
Add matsoni.
Step 3
Add water.
Step 4
Place a pot of water over high heat.
Step 5
Add the rice and cook, stirring, over low heat.
Step 6
Remove the pot from the heat and drain the water.
Step 7
Add the dzavar to the prepared base with matsoni.
Step 8
Place over heat and stir constantly until it reaches a boil.
Step 9
Cook until done.
Step 10
Add salt, butter, and cilantro.
