Classic Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 10 oz
- Salted pork belly 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Leek 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the pork and the white part of the leek, then sauté them in olive oil.
Step 2
Grate the cheese.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper, a third of the grated cheese, and the sautéed pork.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and place it in a 24 cm (9.5 inch) pie dish, prick the dough with a fork, and pour in the filling.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F, sprinkle the pie with the remaining cheese, and bake for 30 minutes.
