- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the cream and milk into a saucepan, add sugar, stir, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Slice the vanilla pod in half lengthwise, scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife, and add them to the pot.
Step 4
Add the previously soaked gelatin sheets.
Step 5
Mix thoroughly and divide into 2 containers.
Step 6
Place in the freezer and chill for 40 minutes until it reaches a jelly-like consistency.
Step 7
Garnish the panna cotta with fresh strawberries and serve.
