Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Break the chicken egg into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour and stir to avoid lumps.
Step 5
Pour in the milk in portions.
Step 6
The batter should be thick.
Step 7
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the batter and mix well.
Step 8
Pour a thin layer of batter onto a well-heated skillet.
Step 9
As soon as the batter sets, flip it to the other side and cook for 3–5 seconds.
Step 10
Place on a plate, greasing with oil. Enjoy your meal!
