Classic No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese 20 oz
- Cookie 1½ cups
- Heavy cream 15 fl oz
- Sugar ⅓ cup
- Brown Sugar ⅓ cup
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the crushed cookies, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Evenly distribute the mixture across the bottom and sides of a springform pan. Chill until the crust hardens.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the lemon juice using a mixer, then add the heavy cream and continue to beat until thickened, gradually adding the sugar.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the crust in the pan, and refrigerate for 6 hours. Remove the cheesecake from the pan, decorate with fresh berries or fruits, and serve.
