Ingredients
- Shortbread Cookies 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Philadelphia Cheese 30 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 spoons
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
15-20 minutes before cooking, take the eggs, sour cream, and Philadelphia cheese out of the refrigerator so they reach room temperature.
Step 2
Line a round baking dish with foil. Crush the cookies finely and mix them thoroughly with slightly melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish, making sure to cover the edges. Firmly pack it down. Place it in the refrigerator while you prepare the cream.
Step 3
Beat all the remaining ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Pour the filling over the cookies and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 320°F.
Step 4
Do not remove the cheesecake immediately; let it cool slowly in the oven. This way, the dessert will remain even and beautiful. Store the finished cheesecake in the refrigerator.

You can decorate the cheesecake to your liking with fresh berries, syrup, ice cream, or whipped cream.
