Classic Napoleon Cake with Ready-made Dough
Ingredients
- Sugar 2 cups
- Milk 0 qt
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Puff Pastry 2 pieces
- Chopped almonds to taste
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the layers, you will need 2 packs (4-5 pieces) of yeast puff pastry. Roll out the pieces to a thickness of 0.5 cm and bake each for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180-390°F.
Step 2
For the cream, beat the eggs with sugar. Add vanillin and flour. Beat again. Bring the milk to a boil. Add the mixture to it. Stir and bring to a boil again. While the mixture cools, mix the softened butter with the condensed milk. Add to the cooled mixture.
Step 3
Cover the layers with cream. The top layer should be covered with cream. Sprinkle almond flakes on top.
Step 4
Place the cake in the refrigerator for 12 hours. It should soak.
