Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In 3 eggs and 1 yolk, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix well. Add 190 g of flour and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Melt 150 g of butter.
Step 3
Add 3 tablespoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice to the egg mixture with flour, and mix. Add the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Spoon the batter into madeleine molds and bake for 7–10 minutes at 355°F.
