Ingredients
- Shortbread Cookies 15 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies, melt the butter, and mix them together. Line a baking dish with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly, and refrigerate.
Step 2
Beat the cheese and sugar together in a mixer on low speed. Then add the eggs, sour cream, flour, and mix again.
Step 3
Pour into the baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 345°F for 40–45 minutes.
Step 4
Once the cheesecake is ready, it should be placed in the refrigerator for 40 to 60 minutes.
