Ingredients
- Potato 20 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Place the potatoes in a pot, add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Dice the onion and carrot into small cubes.
Step 5
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
Step 6
Then add the carrot to the onion and sauté for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 7
Add the sautéed vegetables to the pot with the potatoes.
Step 8
Add the cheese, breaking it into pieces, and stir until the cheese is melted.
Step 9
Season the cheese soup with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Serve, garnished with chopped dill.
