Classic Brownies with Liqueur
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Baileys Liqueur to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with sugar. Combine the egg mixture with the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Fold in the flour and mix. Add Baileys liqueur to taste.
Step 4
Line a baking dish (13x9x2 inches) with parchment paper greased with butter. Pour the batter into the dish.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for exactly 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, cut into pieces, and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
