  • Ground Cinnamon 2 spoons
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Nutmeg ¼ spoons
  • Ground clove ¼ spoons
  • Cardamom a pinch
  • 10% cream 10 fl oz

In a food processor, combine the flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and cold butter, and blend until crumbly.

Then, while continuing to beat, gradually add the ice-cold water until the dough comes together into a ball.

Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds, and place it in an oven preheated to 390°F.

Bake until soft — this will take about 40 to 60 minutes. The flesh should separate easily from the skin.
