Description
The more frequently you stir the sorbet while it hardens, the airier it will turn out in the end.
Ingredients
- Mandarins 2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Oranges 1 piece
- Sugar 1 glass
- Water 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Carefully zest the fruits.
Step 2
In a blender, puree the peeled citrus fruits.
Step 3
Pour a cup of water over the zest and sprinkle it with sugar.
Step 4
Simmer this mixture over low heat to make a syrup. Let it cool.
Step 5
Combine the fruit puree with the syrup.
Step 6
Place in the freezer (set to the highest temperature) for 1 hour. Remove and gently blend everything with an immersion blender.
Step 7
Repeat this procedure in one hour and again in 30 minutes.
Step 8
After 12 hours, the sorbet is ready.
