- Honey 2½ tablespoons
- Oranges 3 pieces
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Cardamom ¼ teaspoon

Using a sharp knife, peel the citrus fruits and carefully cut out the segments. Transfer to a bowl.

In a saucepan, squeeze the juice from the membranes, add honey, lime juice, and cardamom. Place over low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature and drizzle over the fruits.
Step 3
