Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F and grease a muffin tin with butter.
Step 2
Mix the egg, milk, and melted butter (not hot).
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then add to the egg-milk-butter mixture and stir well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the molds and bake for about 20 minutes (until golden brown). Let cool.
Step 5
Mix the cinnamon with sugar in a small bowl. Dip each roll first in melted butter, then roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
