- Wheat Flour 10 oz

- Egg white 1 piece
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Raisins 0 oz
- Nuts 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the yeast into warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the butter and rub it into crumbs. Add the milk, egg, and yeast, and knead the dough (knead for 3–5 minutes until the dough is elastic and not sticky). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight or all day).
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a rectangle of 25x35 cm (maximum 30x40 cm). Grease with soft or melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and add raisins and nuts.
Step 4
Place in a round baking pan lined with parchment paper and greased with butter. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise for 30–40 minutes in a warm place.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Make the glaze: mix the powdered sugar with the milk and stir well.
Step 7
Drizzle the warm pie with the glaze.
