- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 1 glass
- Vegetable Oil ½ glasses
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add the liquid part of the dough to the dry ingredients and quickly mix with a spatula just until all the flour is moistened. Do not knead further, or the dough won't rise.
Step 4
Scoop the prepared batter into the molds, filling them two-thirds full, and place them in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.
