Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Onion 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Canned cod liver 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Use a fork to mash the canned tuna.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Place the ingredients in a bowl and add mayonnaise.
Step 5
Mix everything until smooth.
Step 6
Add salt to the filling to taste.
Step 7
Wash the salad leaves thoroughly under running water.
Step 8
Cut the ciabatta lengthwise, leaving 2–3 cm from the edge.
Step 9
Layer the salad leaves first.
Step 10
Fill the ciabatta with the mixture.
Step 11
Top with more leaves. You can repeat with a second layer.
