
Ciabatta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Garlic, and Parsley

Description
You should choose a loaf-shaped ciabatta, not a flat one.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lemon ½ piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Ciabatta 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, grated zest of ½ lemon, and a handful of finely chopped parsley. Season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Using a sharp knife, make narrow deep diagonal cuts on the ciabatta loaf very carefully, without cutting all the way through. Fill the cuts with the aromatic butter and wrap the loaf in foil. Place it on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Then open the foil and bake for another 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and wrap again in foil to keep the bread warm. Alternatively, serve it cold.
