Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Crab Meat 0 oz
- Basil 1 sprig
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the ciabatta into 1–2 cm thick pieces.
Step 2
Brush the grill pan with olive oil and heat it well.
Step 3
Place the bread on the pan.
Step 4
Toast on both sides until a crispy crust forms.
Step 5
Scoop out the flesh of the avocado with a spoon.
Step 6
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 7
Mash the avocado with a fork until it becomes a paste.
Step 8
Spread the shrimp on the ciabatta.
Step 9
Top with the mashed avocado.
Step 10
Slice the salmon into thin pieces.
Step 11
Place the salmon fillet on top of the avocado.
