  • Farm fresh eggs 8 pieces

  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
  • Cream 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place water, butter, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Gradually add the flour in small portions while stirring slowly. Then transfer to a mixer and mix with a spatula, gradually adding 2 eggs, stirring with a 2-3 minute interval. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 2-3 hours.

Step 2

Place the dough in a piping bag with a nozzle, then shape the churros. Fry in hot oil at 355°F until golden brown.

Step 3

For the sauce, melt the dark chocolate with the addition of cream. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
