  • Puff Pastry 25 oz
  • Lingonberry 5 oz
  • Apple 2 pieces
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Toasted Sesame to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a small amount of sugar and cinnamon.

Step 2

Slice the apples into thin pieces and arrange them on the dough, then add lingonberries to taste (you can also use any berries, raisins, pears, quinces, etc.).

Step 3

Roll the dough into a log, brush the top with oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sugar.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 355°F. Serve with condensed milk or jam.
