  • Hazelnut 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Orange zest ½ spoons
  • Salt a pinch

Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10–12 minutes, until the nuts turn golden brown.

Place the nuts in a blender bowl and chop them into coarse crumbs.

Add powdered sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt. Grate the orange zest and add the softened butter and 1 tablespoon of water. Blend everything together using the pulse function.

Take a tablespoon of the prepared dough, roll it into small balls, and place them on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Chop the remaining nuts and sprinkle them over the cookies.
