  • Brandy 2 tablespoons
  • Pudding 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Raw cane sugar 5 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Red Currant to taste
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Pour the brandy into the pudding.

Step 3

Sift the flour with the baking powder, add the other ingredients except for the powdered sugar and currants, and knead a soft dough.

Step 4

Divide the dough into 16 muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Cool, dust with powdered sugar, and decorate with currants.
