Christmas Cinnamon Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Almond 0 oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Water to taste
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, almond flour, cinnamon, flour, and baking powder (at the very end).
Step 2
Mix the dough and knead by hand. Roll the dough into a ball. Roll out to a thickness of 4–5 mm and cut out cookies with a cookie cutter.
Step 3
Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes at 355°F. Cool and decorate with icing.
Step 4
For the icing, mix powdered sugar with a few drops of water. Apply to the cookies and let dry.
