- Water 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the pits from the cherries.
Step 2
Place the cherries in a blender, add basil (15 g), tarragon, garlic, and chili pepper.

Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Dilute with cold drinking water to achieve the desired consistency.

Season with salt and add sugar.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Before serving, stir the soup well.

Dice the cucumbers into small cubes and chop the walnuts into coarse crumbs.
