Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour onto a board, add small pieces of margarine, and chop finely with a knife. Dissolve the salt and sugar in cold water, combine with the flour and margarine, and quickly knead into a smooth dough.
Step 2
Cover the dough with a cloth and keep it in a cool place for several hours or until the next day.
Step 3
Products made from chopped puff pastry are less crumbly and tender than those made from rolled dough.
Step 4
Before baking, it is recommended to roll out the dough 2–3 times and fold it into 3–4 layers.
