Description

Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Ground dried cherries 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 10 fl oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- 20% Sour Cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the ground chokecherries with boiled milk and let it steep for at least 1 hour, or cook in the milk. In any case, let it cool.
Step 2
Beat the egg with sugar (260 g). Combine with the cooled chokecherry-milk mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Add all the other ingredients to the mixture (it's better to warm the butter).
Step 4
To prepare the cream, whip the sour cream with sugar (3 tablespoons). Allow the sugar to dissolve completely.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with butter, and pour in the batter. Bake at 390°F for about 20–30 minutes. In any case, it all depends on the specifics of your oven.
Step 6
Once baked, let the cake cool, then cut the layer into 3 layers (I do this with a thread).
Step 7
Spread the sour cream frosting on the resulting 3 layers. Let it soak a little.
