Description
A recipe for making chocolate glaze in 1 minute. You will need: 1 cup of chocolate chips (preferably dark chocolate); 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk; 2 tablespoons of butter; 5–10 g of vanilla sugar; 1 cup of powdered sugar. In a bowl, mix the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla sugar. Microwave for 30–40 seconds. Remove the bowl and whisk everything until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth (if necessary, you can microwave the mixture for a few more seconds). Add the powdered sugar and continue whisking until you achieve a uniform mass. To keep the brownies in shape and flavor, store them in a sealed container. If desired, brownies can even be frozen.

- Yogurt powder ¼ cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Cocoa Powder ½ cup
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin ½ teaspoon
- Chopped almonds 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the ingredients: zucchini - cut into small pieces to measure 2 cups; unsweetened cocoa powder; vegetable or melted butter; plain yogurt without additives; whole wheat flour; granulated sugar; vanilla sugar; baking powder; salt.
Step 2
In a blender, combine zucchini, yogurt, oil, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Add the remaining dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix them together.
Step 4
Add the pureed zucchini mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20–25 minutes in an oven preheated to 345°F. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Step 6
Then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Step 7
If the brownies are without glaze: cooling is not necessary, but it is recommended to sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Step 8
If the brownies are with glaze: let the batter cool for about 20–30 minutes (so it is warm but not hot), then cover with chocolate glaze. You can sprinkle the cake with nuts: completely or only halfway.
Step 9
It is advisable to apply the chocolate glaze to the batter while it is still warm. This way, it will spread more evenly over the surface.
Step 10
Cut the baked goods into squares, and the brownies are ready to serve!
