- Sugar 5 oz

- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, turn on the oven (preheat to 355°F).
Step 2
While it heats up, melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave (but it's better to melt them on the stove).
Step 3
Mix the flour, cornstarch, and sugar, then add the eggs one by one and the yeast, followed by the slightly warmed milk.
Step 4
Add the melted chocolate and butter to the resulting dough, mixing until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a muffin baking pan, filling no more than half of each cup, and bake for 30 minutes (if using an electric oven — about 20-25 minutes).
