Description

If you want to serve your panna cotta without any dishes, it's better to pour it into plastic disposable containers or molds, as it easily releases from them later. It is difficult to remove it from glass containers. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Sour Cream 15 oz
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 3 spoons
  • Vanillin 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the gelatin in 200 g of room temperature boiled water, stir, and let it sit for about half an hour to expand. Then, gently heat it over low flame for a few seconds until the gelatin granules dissolve completely. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Mix room temperature sour cream with vanilla powder, half of the gelatin, and half of the sugar. The vanilla mixture is ready.

Step 3

Now let's prepare the chocolate. Bring the milk to a boil, add cocoa powder, and cook until you have a smooth, rich-colored drink. Let it cool. Similarly, add the second half of the gelatin and sugar.

Step 4

Pour the white and brown layers alternately into a mold or cups. Wait for 5–15 minutes until it sets, then pour the next layer. They can vary in thickness; it all depends on your creativity.
