  • Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
  • Cream (40%) 10 fl oz
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a small saucepan, heat the cream, but do not let it boil. Chop the chocolate and transfer it to a bowl.

Step 2

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until smooth. Mix in the vanilla.

Step 3

Place the bowl with the mixture in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, until the mixture is slightly firm and can be shaped.

Step 4

Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.

Step 5

Roll each ball in cocoa powder, nuts, shredded coconut, coarse salt, etc.
