Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 10 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 15 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the dark and bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth. Add the vanilla. Remove from heat, cover, and cool for about 2 hours.
Step 2
Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler. Let it cool slightly.
Step 3
From the cooled chocolate mixture, roll small balls and dip each one in the melted milk chocolate. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Chill and serve.
