
Chocolate Truffles with Curry and Mango

Description
You can substitute coconut flakes with mango powder and roll the truffles in it.
Ingredients
- Whipped Cream 1¼ cups
- Curry 1 teaspoon
- 70% Dark Chocolate 10 oz
- Mango 1 piece
- Coconut flakes to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the mango and blend it in a blender until pureed. You should get about 0.5 cups.
Step 2
Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then add the curry. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes, then add the mango puree. Mix well.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt 200 grams of chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add another 60 grams. Mix well and add the cream. Place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to set.
Step 4
Line a large plate with parchment paper. Take 2 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture and shape it into balls. Place coconut flakes in a bowl and roll the truffles in them, pressing lightly. Arrange on the prepared plate. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
