Ingredients
- Cream (40%) ½ cup
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Dry Champagne ¼ cup
- Cognac 1 tablespoon
- Sugar to taste

Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a boil. Remove from heat.

Chop the chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot cream over it. Mix well until the chocolate is melted.
Step 3
Then add the champagne and cognac. Mix again. Place the mixture in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly, about 1 hour, so that you can form balls.
Step 4
Shape the chocolate mixture into balls, roll them in sugar (preferably coarse sugar), and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until set.
