Chocolate Truffles with a White Cross
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 20 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Dried Turkey 0 oz
- Spices ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
- White Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 200 grams of chocolate with the cream in a bowl over a water bath until smooth. Add the chopped dried fruits, spices, and cinnamon. Mix well and refrigerate for 3 hours to set.
Step 2
Taking 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture at a time, roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the remaining milk chocolate in a bowl over a water bath until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pierce the truffles with a fork and dip them in the chocolate. Place on the baking sheet. Leave for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Melt the white chocolate over a water bath. Slightly cool and transfer to a piping bag. Drizzle the chocolate over the truffles in a cross pattern. Leave for 10 minutes and serve.
