Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Ladyfinger Cookies 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Desiccated coconut to taste
- Cherry to taste
- Instant coffee ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Brew strong coffee. Dip the cookies in coffee and place them in dessert glasses.
Step 2
Whip the mascarpone with the chocolate spread. Spread a layer of chocolate-mascarpone cream over the cookies. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Step 3
Repeat the layers. Decorate the top with pitted fresh cherries.
Step 4
Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
