Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the chocolate sponge cake.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in 60 ml of cold water.
Step 3
Mix 100 ml of sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, then add the milk. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, then add hot water.
Step 4
Add 45 ml of the chocolate mixture to the well-beaten egg yolks. Pour the mixture into the chocolate. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Step 5
Stir in the gelatin and vanilla. Cool and add the whipped egg whites.
Step 6
Mix with 100 ml of sugar until it dissolves. Serve on pieces of chocolate sponge cake.
