Chocolate Tart with Cherry
Ingredients
- Chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Orange zest 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Cherry 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Grated Chocolate to taste
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with 80 g of butter to make a crumbly dough. Add 1 yolk and mix again. Grease a 25 cm diameter tart pan with butter, spread the dough, prick with a fork, and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the cream with the chocolate, sugar, and butter. Cook until the chocolate melts. Lightly beat the eggs and add them to the chocolate mixture. Add the juice, zest, and cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 390°F. Remove the dough, cover with foil, and sprinkle with beans, then bake for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cherries on the partially baked dough, then pour the chocolate mixture on top. Return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes. Once the tart cools, sprinkle with grated chocolate and dust with powdered sugar.
