Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the butter with the flour until it forms large crumbs (do not turn it into a fine crumb).
Step 2
Add one beaten yolk to the mixture and quickly knead the dough.
Step 3
Now, take a baking dish and lightly grease it with butter. Pinch off small balls of dough and press them into the bottom of the baking dish. Also, form the edges to about 3 cm in height. Place the baking dish with the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a saucepan, place the cream, broken chocolate pieces, and a bit of butter. Heat over low heat and melt.
Step 5
In another bowl, lightly beat two eggs with a fork.
Step 6
Pour the beaten eggs into the cream mixture. Heat while constantly stirring to prevent the eggs from curdling.
Step 7
Take the slightly hardened dough out of the refrigerator and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes at 390°F. Then remove it and pour the prepared filling over it.
Step 8
Bake the tart with the filling for another 10 minutes at 390°F. Then take it out, let it cool completely (this will take about 30 minutes), slice, and serve with good coffee.
