Chocolate Tart
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Sponge biscuit 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Candied fruits 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a 20×10 cm loaf pan with parchment paper. In a heatproof bowl, combine broken chocolate, diced butter, and honey. Set the bowl over a pot of gently simmering water and melt, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the ginger with a knife, break the cookies into pieces and mix them together. Pour melted chocolate over the mixture and stir well. Transfer the resulting dough into a mold and smooth the surface. Let it cool, then place it in the refrigerator for several hours (at least 4) to allow the tart to set.
Step 3
Carefully grasping the edges of the parchment paper, remove the tart from the pan, transfer it to a cutting board, and slice it into 12 pieces with a sharp knife.
