Chocolate-Strawberry Cake with Condensed Milk and Nuts
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder ½ cup
- Chopped almonds ½ cup
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee ⅓ can
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Dessert Yogurt 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg whites with flour and sugar, beating well with a mixer. Add the yolks and mix again with the mixer. Neutralize the baking soda with vinegar, add it, and gently stir everything without the mixer.
Step 2
Divide the resulting batter in half, adding cocoa to one half and mixing.
Step 3
Grease the baking pans with butter and pour the batter into them.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 20 minutes. Do not open the oven during this time!
Step 5
Cut each finished cake layer into 2 thin layers.
Step 6
Stack them on top of each other, alternating layers with the condensed milk and nuts and the strawberry cream.
Step 7
To make the cream: rinse the frozen strawberries, chop them finely, and mix with the yogurt (it's better to use a blender if available).
Step 8
You can decorate the finished cake with strawberries and mint leaves on top.
